Service Description
Join us in welcoming in Autumn with a retreat especially for Mothers. You will be treated to a Women's Circle, gentle yoga, a cacao ceremony, reflection time and delicious, wholesome snacks. Leave feeling nourished from the inside out and ready for the new season ahead. Please note- This retreat is not suitable for first time pregnant women, however if you have another child and are pregnant then this is perfect for you.
