Service Description
LOCATION: Alasana Hypnotherapy and Yoga ( Level 1, 13-17 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea) Entrance via Warburton Street. Running on the second Thursday of each month Suitable for ALL mothers needing some nurturing (including those who are pregnant). Please put a note when booking if you are pregnant. This event will be part reflection, part restorative/yin yoga and part meditation. Think of it as true time out. We will sit, drop in, rest and leave feeling more connected, with our nervous systems feeling more settled as we reflect on the seasons of motherhood and we tend to our needs as mothers. Includes tea and snacks.
