Hello and welcome to my warm, cozy space for Mothers.
I’m Annalisa - a postpartum doula, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and holder of space for women to rest, relax, and discover themselves as Mummas.
I know from experience how all-consuming pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period can be. Sometimes you feel like you’re on top of the world, and other times you might be asking yourself, “Is this whole Motherhood thing really for me?”
I wholly believe that with the right space and support, this time can be a beautiful period of deep transformation and self discovery.

Mother to Sofia!
Became a Mumma in 2019
I am a Mumma to my precious 2.5 year old, Sofia, Pre and Postnatal Yoga teacher, Postnatal Doula, Space holder and Ceremony facilitator and I believe that all Mothers should be made to feel like Goddesses from the moment they become pregnant, through that fragile, precious postpartum period, and beyond into Motherhood.
As someone with over 10 years' experience in the health and wellness industry and who had an extremely positive birth and postnatal journey (despite a few major complications!), I am deeply drawn to working with pregnant women and new Mumma's to ensure that their pregnancy, birth and postnatal period is overwhelmingly positive and full of soul nourishment.
I recognise that postpartum care is severely lacking in Australia, and that Mothers deserve better. During pregnancy, many Mums feel like they lose their voice to the hospital system and don’t feel confident to make choices based on their own wellbeing. I want mums to feel empowered with the knowledge and strength they need to birth their babies in the best way for them.
I want to see Mothers thrive in both the prenatal and postnatal period, and my dream is that no Mother would have to suffer birth trauma. I know that if a Mother is well, then the whole family is well.
